Macro Mike Original Banana Bread Baking Mix makes it easy to create delicious, high-protein banana bread at home without the complicated preparation of baking from scratch. Made with plant-based protein and all-natural ingredients, this convenient baking mix delivers the classic taste and soft texture of homemade banana bread while providing a more macro-friendly alternative to traditional recipes.

Designed to be vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free, the simple mix requires just plant-based milk and mashed banana before baking. It’s an easy option for breakfast, meal prep, an afternoon snack or whenever you're craving something sweet while still keeping protein intake in mind. Macro Mike’s baking mixes use plant-based protein sources and are made without refined sugars, fillers or preservatives.

Step 1 – Begin: Preheat a fan-forced oven to 200°C and pour the baking mix into a large bowl.
Step 2 – Mix: Slowly add 250ml plant-based milk. Mash 50–70g banana, add it to the mix and stir well.
Step 3 – Bake: Transfer to a lined or non-stick loaf tin and bake for 20–30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Step 4 – Cool: Cool on a wire rack, remove from the tin and slice into 10 pieces.
Step 5 – Store: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–5 days, or freeze for later.
