Founded in 2016 in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, Booty N Buff was built with a clear vision: create a modern fitness brand that actually delivers. Not just great supplements, but real knowledge, genuine passion, and a community that makes people excited to improve themselves.
What started as a local supplement store quickly built a loyal following because people could feel the difference. We cared about the products on the shelves, the advice we gave, and the experience we created. Booty N Buff became known for combining expert knowledge with a fun, relatable energy that made fitness feel less intimidating and far more enjoyable.
RAISING THE STANDARD.
As the community grew, we launched our own supplement line with one goal - raise the standard. Every Booty N Buff formula is built around premium ingredients, evidence-based dosages, strong performance, and industry-leading flavour. We partnered with leading Australian manufacturers to ensure every product reflected the quality we wanted our name attached to.
Today, Booty N Buff products are stocked in gyms, supplement stores, and pharmacies across Australia, with products like our Lean Protein earning a reputation for flavour and quality that stands out in a crowded industry.
But we wanted to take the Booty N Buff experience even further.

That’s what led to the creation of the Booty N Buff Dieting & Training App - a fun, motivating platform designed to give our community more guidance, more structure, and more value throughout their fitness journey. Inside the app, users can explore training plans, meal plans, recipes, supplement packs, exercise tutorials, and goal-focused content designed to make achieving results feel simpler, more exciting, and easier to stay consistent with.
