Refund policy
This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website www.bootynbuff.com (“Website”). This Policy is to be read in conjunction with, and is subject to, the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).
1. General Rights and Australian Consumer Law We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the ACL. Any benefits set out in this Policy are in addition to your rights under the ACL.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If your goods or services fail to meet a Consumer Guarantee, you may be entitled to:

A refund or replacement in the case of a major failure; or

A repair (or other remedy) within a reasonable time for a minor failure.

2. Change of Mind and Cancellations While we are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind under the ACL, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an exchange or refund if:

Exclusions:

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Products Damaged During Delivery If your product arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 30 days of receipt.

The damaged product must be returned in its original condition, including any packaging or accessories.

Upon verification, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
4. Exceptions to Returns, Refunds, or Repairs We may refuse a remedy if:

You were aware of the fault before purchase;

You requested alterations against our advice; or

Any other exception applies under the ACL.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If your return is due to a failure under the ACL, we will bear the cost of return shipping and any replacement shipping.

If the product can be returned via standard post, you must initially cover the cost, which will be reimbursed upon confirmation of eligibility.

For large or difficult-to-return items, we will arrange collection at our cost, provided the claim is valid under the ACL.

If the product is found not to be eligible for a remedy, you will be responsible for all shipping, collection, and inspection costs.
6. Processing Time We aim to process valid refund, replacement, or repair requests within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned product.
