How to use your points
Online. Log in to your rewards account, choose your reward, and you'll get a discount code. Enter it at checkout and the discount comes off your order.
In store. Shopping in store works the same way. Every $1 earns a point, and your points build up in the one account whether you shop online or in store. Give the team your email at the counter so your points go on your account. To use a reward at the counter, claim it in your rewards account first, then tell the team and they'll apply it to your purchase.
The fine print
- Points are earned on the value of your products, including GST. Postage doesn't earn points.
- Points last a year from your last bit of activity. Earn or spend anything and the clock starts again. We'll email you before anything is due to expire.
