1.  Shipping Location

We currently ship within Australia only. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Caringbah, NSW.

2.  Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

3.  Delivery Timeframes

For Standard Shipping, we aim to deliver your goods within 1–5 business days, depending on your destination:

Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take longer than the times shown above. All timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

4.  Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: Orders under $150.00 (AUD) will incur a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $14.95 (AUD).
• Free Shipping: Orders over $150.00 (AUD) qualify for free standard shipping.
• Express Shipping: Express shipping is available upon request for a fee of $24.95 (AUD).
