How to use
How to enjoy your Protein Pancakes
Step 1: Mix
Add 62.5g (1/4 packet) of Pancake Mix to a large mixing bowl. Pour in 70-85ml of plant milk and mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes.
Step 2: Heat
Lightly spray or add oil (we recommend coconut oil) to a non-stick frying pan. Heat the pan, then reduce to medium and wait 20-30 seconds.
Step 3: Fry
Spoon the mixture into the pan to make 3-4 pancakes (10cm diameter). Cook for 30-60 seconds until bubbles form, flip, and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
Step 4: Devour
We don't need to tell you what to do here, get them in your belly! NOM NOM NOM!
