Onest Health Protein Water is a light and refreshing protein formula designed for those who want to increase their daily protein intake without the thickness of a traditional protein shake. Each serve delivers 20g of protein from 21.9g of hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides, formulated to dissolve clearly in water with no thick or chalky texture.

The formula goes beyond collagen protein with 1,500mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl, alongside DigeZyme®, a patented five-enzyme digestive complex. Vitamin C is included to support normal collagen formation, while L-tryptophan rounds out the formula. This makes it a convenient option for training, recovery, or simply topping up daily protein intake when a traditional whey-based shake isn't wanted.

Protein water is a great option post-workout, ideally within 30 minutes of training, to support muscle recovery and repair. It can also be enjoyed in the morning to help increase your protein intake and give your body the nutrition it needs to start the day.
