Ingredients
Whey protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein concentrate), cocoa powder (processed with alkali, in chocolate), natural and artificial flavours, soy lecithin, potassium chloride, salt, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium) and a gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan). Contains milk and soy.
What is a whey blend?
A whey blend mixes more than one type of whey. Whey protein isolate is filtered more, so whey isolate has more protein and less fat, carbs and lactose. Whey protein concentrate keeps a little more of the natural fat and carbs. Hydrolysed whey is broken down into smaller pieces. Elite Whey uses all three.
How to take Elite 100% Whey
Add 1 scoop to 180 to 240 ml of water, milk or your favourite drink, and shake, stir or blend until mixed. Have a shake before training, within 30 minutes after training, or any time you want a high-protein drink.

How to use
Add 1 level scoop (36 g) to 180 to 240 ml of water, milk or your favourite drink. Shake, stir or blend for about 20 seconds until fully mixed, then drink straight away to enjoy the benefits.

Warnings
