R1 Whey Blend

Rule One Proteins' R1 Whey Blend is a versatile protein supplement designed to support muscle recovery and growth. This blend combines three forms of whey protein—concentrate, isolate, and hydrolysate—to provide a balanced profile of fast- and medium-digesting proteins.

Each serving delivers 24 grams of protein and approximately 5 grams of naturally occurring branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), essential for muscle protein synthesis. The formulation is free from non-whey proteins, creamers, and banned substances, and is Informed Choice® certified, indicating regular testing for prohibited substances by the world-class sports anti-doping lab, LGC.

Simply drop one (1) scoop of easy-mixing R1 Whey Blend powder into 8 oz. of cold water in a shaker or 16 oz. glass. Shake or stir it up! Set your blender on high to make it extra smooth.

Please ensure that this product is kept out of reach of children and not used if the seal is broken. After use, replace the lid promptly and avoid using a wet spoon or scoop. Store in a cool and dry place below 30 degrees Celsius, away from heat or moisture, and keep out of direct sunlight.
