How much caffeine is in DVST8 BBD?
One scoop has 375 mg of caffeine. BBD also has 200 mg of TeaCrine and bitter orange (synephrine), which add to the stimulant effect. 375 mg is close to the 400 mg a day most health guidelines suggest for healthy adults, so take only one scoop a day and skip coffee and energy drinks on the same day.
How to take DVST8 BBD
Mix 1 scoop with 400 ml of cold water and drink 30 to 45 minutes before training. Do not take more than 1 scoop in 24 hours, and avoid BBD close to bedtime. If you are sensitive to stimulants, start with half a scoop.

Side effects
Most side effects come from the stimulants: jitters, a fast heartbeat, anxiety, an upset stomach or trouble sleeping. Beta-alanine causes a harmless tingle in the skin, and niacin can cause a short, warm skin flush.
