How to take Disorder Ultimate
Mix 1 scoop with 1,250 ml of chilled water and drink 15 to 20 minutes before training. Don't take more than 1 serve a day, and don't take Disorder Ultimate close to bedtime. Drink plenty of water while you train, because the formula can make you sweat more. Store the tub below 25°C and use it within 60 days of opening.

Faction Labs lists Disorder Ultimate as vegan friendly with no added sugar, and gluten is not detected on the label. The label lists the colour tartrazine. Disorder Ultimate is processed in the same facility as milk and soy.

Who should take Disorder Ultimate?

Side effects and who should avoid Disorder Ultimate
400 mg of caffeine is a very high dose, about four cups of coffee in one drink. The label warns that the stimulant blend may cause jitters, anxiety, a faster heart rate, trouble sleeping and higher blood pressure. The beta alanine causes a harmless tingle on your skin that fades within 15 to 30 minutes. Disorder Ultimate is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people sensitive to caffeine, anyone taking medication or anyone with a medical condition.

How to use
