The full 2-scoop serve delivers 10g of total L-citrulline, 5.5g of beta-alanine, 2.5g of betaine anhydrous, and 2.5g of glycerol monostearate, creating a performance-focused foundation for demanding training sessions.

The energy and focus system is equally powerful, delivering 525mg of total caffeine per full serve alongside L-tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, L-theanine, Alpinia galanga, Huperzine A, English walnut, hordenine, and synephrine. Sodium and potassium are also included to complement hydration during intense workouts. For greater flexibility, the formula can be taken at a 1-scoop serve, providing 262.5mg of caffeine and half the listed full-serve ingredient amounts.

Mix 1 scoop (16g) with 850mL of water or 2 scoops (32g) with 1.7L of water. Do not exceed 2 scoops in 24 hours.
