Each 10g serving contains 100mg of caffeine for mental alertness, 3g of creatine monohydrate to support muscle strength, and a blend of BCAAs (500mg leucine, 250mg isoleucine, 250mg valine) to aid muscle growth and recovery. Vitamins B3 (80mg) and B12 (100mcg) are included to support energy metabolism and reduce fatigue.

This pre-workout is HASTA-certified, ensuring it's free from banned substances and suitable for athletes. Users report a noticeable energy boost and improved concentration during workouts, with the Lemon Squash flavor offering a refreshing taste.

Pre-workout: Dissolve 10 g (two scoops) in 300 mL of cold water, consume immediately, 15 to 30 minutes before training or exercise.
