Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Pre-Workout is formulated to enhance energy, focus, and performance during workouts. Each serving provides 175 mg of caffeine from natural sources to support alertness, 3 grams of creatine monohydrate to aid in high-intensity exercise performance, and 1.6 grams of beta-alanine to help buffer muscle fatigue. The blend also includes vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, and B12, which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism .

Designed for individuals preparing for intense training sessions, this pre-workout supplement is available in flavors such as Blueberry Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Green Apple, and Watermelon Candy. For optimal results, mix one scoop with 6 to 8 fluid ounces of cold water and consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercise .
