TENDOFORTE is a type of hydrolysed collagen made by Gelita, a German collagen company. Hydrolysed means the collagen is broken into small pieces called peptides, which dissolve easily in water. TENDOFORTE peptides were developed for tendons and ligaments.
How to take Collagen Regenerate
Add 1 level scoop (5.1 g) to 250 ml of cold water and shake or stir until fully mixed. You can also add the scoop to a smoothie, a protein shake, juice or your BCAAs. The label recommends 1 serve a day. Many people take collagen around their training, but you can take your scoop at any time of day.
