Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition is a high-calorie weight gainer formulated for individuals aiming to increase muscle mass and overall body weight. Each two-scoop serving delivers approximately 1,250 calories, combining 50 grams of blended protein with 252–254 grams of carbohydrates to support muscle recovery and replenish glycogen stores. The inclusion of 3 grams of creatine monohydrate per serving further aids in enhancing strength and power during high-intensity activities. ​

This formula is enriched with 20 additional vitamins and minerals, including L-glutamine, to support overall health and performance. Serious Mass is available in various sizes and flavors, making it a convenient option for those with high metabolic rates, limited appetites, or busy lifestyles that make it challenging to consume sufficient calories through food alone. ​

Mix 2 scoops of the powder into 700-720ml of cold water or milk using an electric blender. This allows to you add in fruits, peanut butter and other calorie-contributing foods. TIP: New users should start with a 1-scoop half serving. Use post-workout and/or between meals to add calories, carbs and protein to your healthy, balanced diet.

Please ensure that this product is kept out of reach of children and not used if the seal is broken. After use, replace the lid promptly and avoid using a wet spoon or scoop. Store in a cool and dry place below 30 degrees Celsius, away from heat or moisture, and keep out of direct sunlight.
