The metabolic blend includes L-Carnitine Tartrate and Acetyl L-Carnitine, which assist in transporting fatty acids into muscle cells for energy production, potentially improving endurance and reducing lactic acid buildup. Taurine is incorporated to support lipid metabolism during high-intensity exercise, aiding in fat loss and performance. Green Coffee Extract provides caffeine and chlorogenic acid, compounds that may enhance fat metabolism and overall health. Teavigo® Green Tea Extract, rich in EGCG, is included for its potential to increase thermogenesis and energy expenditure. TeaCrine® is added to improve mental and physical energy while reducing fatigue perception, offering a longer-lasting effect compared to caffeine.
The mood blend features BerryShield® Tart Cherry, which is rich in polyphenols and may help reduce exercise-induced soreness, allowing for more intense training sessions. How to use
Mix 6.7g (1 Sachet) with 300ml of water. Take 15 minutes prior to and during your training or first thing in the morning on non-training days
