What does a greens powder do?
A greens powder is a quick way to add plant ingredients to your day, like algae, grasses, vegetables and fruit, in one drink. A greens powder does not replace fruit and vegetables, but can help fill the gaps on busy days. Greens Gut + Immunity goes further than a plain greens powder by adding fibre, a probiotic, digestive enzymes and an immune blend.
How to take Greens Gut + Immunity
Mix 1 to 2 full scoops with 250 to 500 ml of water and drink first thing in the morning. Do not take more than 2 serves a day. If you are new to fibre supplements, start with 1 scoop and drink plenty of water through the day.
Should I take Greens with glutamine?
Each scoop already has 500 mg of fermented glutamine. Some people add extra glutamine on top. If you want to, Red Dragon Nutritionals Glutamine or Booty N Buff Essential Glutamine mix easily into the same drink.
