Swoleys Creatine Monohydrate Gummies
Product details
On this page
Swoleys Creatine Monohydrate Gummies give you 5 g of creatine monohydrate in every serve of 3 sour gummies, the same dose as a scoop of creatine powder. The gummies are sugar free, with 30 calories a serve, and use pectin instead of gelatine. One pack has 30 serves (90 gummies), so one pack lasts a month. Choose from 3 sour flavours: Sour Apple, Sour Peach and Sour Watermelon. Swoleys is an Australian-owned brand.
Why choose Swoleys Creatine Gummies
Swoleys Creatine Gummies redefine the way you take creatine. You get deliciously sour flavours and a clinically effective dose of creatine monohydrate to support your performance, recovery and muscle growth. Every serve delivers a full 5 g of lab-verified creatine, so you get real-world results with zero hassle.
Swoleys are ideal for lifters, athletes and anyone who struggles to stay consistent with creatine powder. Hitting your daily intake is easy whether you’re commuting, travelling or just over the mess of a shaker.
Swoleys are also built on transparency and quality. Each batch supports potency retention of about 98% at production and is manufactured under GMP conditions.
What creatine gummies help with
- Strength and power: creatine helps your muscles make the quick energy they use for heavy lifts, sprints and jumps.
- Building muscle: with regular weight training, creatine supports gains in strength and lean muscle.
- Recovery between sets: creatine helps refill your muscles' energy stores between hard efforts.
- Taking creatine every day: a sour gummy is easy to remember, at home, at work or on the go.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, maltitol syrup, erythritol, isomalt, and 2% or less of pectin, coconut oil, citric acid, malic acid, sodium citrate, sucrose fatty acid esters, calcium lactate, natural flavour, spinach powder (for colour) and sucralose. The gummies are set with pectin, a gelling agent from fruit, so the gummies contain no gelatine.
Do creatine gummies work?
Yes, if each serve gives you enough creatine. Creatine works the same way in a gummy as in a powder. What matters is the dose: most research uses 3 to 5 g a day. Some creatine gummies have been tested and found to hold much less creatine than the label says, and some brands need 5 to 10 gummies to reach 5 g. The Swoleys label lists 5 g of creatine monohydrate in 3 gummies. Swoleys says each batch is third-party tested, made in a GMP facility, and keeps about 98% of the creatine at the time of production.
Creatine gummies vs creatine powder
Both give you the same creatine monohydrate. The difference is cost and convenience:
- Gummies: no mixing, no gritty texture, easy to carry. Costs more per serve, about $2 a day for Swoleys.
- Powder: the cheapest way to take creatine. Booty N Buff Essential Creatine starts at about $1 a serve and drops to about 50 cents on the 1 kg tub. Needs a drink to mix into.
If you forget to take creatine, or don't like powder, gummies are worth the extra cost. If you want the lowest price, pick powder.
Why do creatine gummies cost more?
A gummy needs more than creatine. Gelling agents, flavours, sweeteners, a careful cooking process and packaging that keeps moisture out all add to the price. You pay for convenience, not for more creatine.
How to take Swoleys creatine gummies
Chew 3 gummies (1 serve) once a day, every day, including rest days. Creatine works by building up in your muscles over time, so taking creatine every day matters more than the time of day. Many people take the gummies after training or with a meal. There is no need for a loading phase. At 5 g a day, creatine builds up in your muscles in about 3 to 4 weeks. Drink plenty of water through the day. Don't take more than 3 gummies a day unless the label says so.
Are Swoleys gummies sugar free?
Yes. The label lists 0 g of sugar and 0 g of added sugar per serve. Swoleys sweetens the gummies with maltitol, erythritol and isomalt (sugar alcohols) and sucralose. Each serve has 4 g of carbs and 30 calories.
Who should take Swoleys creatine gummies?
Creatine gummies work well for lifters, team sport players and anyone doing short, hard efforts. Creatine works for men and women. Gummies are a good fit if you travel, hate the taste or texture of powder, or keep forgetting your daily scoop. Swoleys use pectin, not gelatine, which suits people who avoid gelatine.
Is creatine safe?
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements in sport, and research finds creatine is safe for healthy adults at normal doses. Creatine can add 1 to 2 kg of water weight in your muscles in the first few weeks. That is water inside the muscle, not body fat. If you have kidney problems or take medicine, ask your doctor before taking creatine.
Side effects of creatine gummies
Swoleys use maltitol, erythritol and isomalt, which are sugar alcohols. Eating a lot of sugar alcohols can cause gas or a loose stomach, so stick to the daily serve. Sour gummies are acidic, so rinse with water afterwards to look after your teeth. Keep the pack out of reach of children, because the gummies look like lollies.
How to store creatine gummies
Close the pack after use and store the pack in a cool, dry place, out of the sun and below 30°C. Heat and moisture can make gummies soft and sticky, so don't leave the pack in a hot car.

What to take with creatine gummies
- Protein: creatine and protein are the two most common supplements for people who lift. Try Red Dragon Dragon Whey or EHP Labs OxyWhey.
- Electrolytes: creatine pulls water into your muscles, so stay hydrated. Dr. Hydrate is an easy way to drink more water.
- Pre-workout: most pre-workouts have no creatine. Pair your gummies with a pre-workout like RAW Nutrition CBUM Thavage.
