CBUM Essential Performance is a stimulant-free performance formula designed to support strength, endurance, muscle pumps, and training output. Built around six core performance ingredients, each serve delivers 6g of L-citrulline, 5g of creatine monohydrate, 3.2g of beta-alanine, 2.5g of betaine anhydrous, 2g of L-tyrosine, plus magnesium and sodium to support muscle function and hydration. It is designed for those who want to maximise training performance without the use of caffeine or stimulants.
