Product details
On this page
The Gummy Co Creatine Gummies give you a full 5 g of creatine monohydrate in every serve of 3 gummies, the same dose as a scoop of creatine powder. No scoop, no shaker and no gritty drink. Each serve has 15 calories and 1.2 g of sugar. One pack has 30 serves (90 gummies), so one pack lasts a month. Choose from 4 lolly flavours: Creaming Soda Bottles, Grape Soda Bottles, Sour Apple Bottles and Sour Cola Bottles. The Gummy Co is an Australian-owned brand.
Why choose The Gummy Co Creatine Gummies
The Gummy Co Creatine Gummies give you an easy, chewable way to take creatine, one of the most extensively researched performance ingredients there is. Every serve has 5 g of creatine monohydrate, the clinically supported dose shown to enhance strength, power output and muscle performance.
Made for everyday use, these gummies take powders, shakers and measuring out of the picture. That makes taking creatine consistently simple, whether you train hard, work long days or want to support your physical performance and recovery.
Independently third-party tested and proudly Australian owned, these creatine gummies slot easily into any routine, at any time of day.
What creatine gummies help with
- Strength and power: creatine helps your muscles make the quick energy they use for heavy lifts, sprints and jumps.
- Building muscle: with regular weight training, creatine supports gains in strength and lean muscle.
- Recovery between sets: creatine helps refill your muscles' energy stores between hard efforts.
- Taking creatine every day: a chewy gummy is easy to remember, at home, at work or on the go.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, maltitol syrup, water, sucrose, isomalt, gelatine, flavours, malic acid, citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, colour, sucralose, preservative (potassium sorbate) and antioxidants (BHA, BHT). Creatine monohydrate is the first ingredient, so creatine makes up the biggest part of each gummy (about 42%).
Do creatine gummies work?
Yes, if each serve gives you enough creatine. Creatine works the same way in a gummy as in a powder. What matters is the dose: most research uses 3 to 5 g a day. Some creatine gummies sold online have been tested and found to hold much less creatine than the label says, and some brands need 5 to 10 gummies to reach 5 g. The Gummy Co label lists 5 g of creatine monohydrate in 3 gummies, and The Gummy Co says the gummies are third-party tested.
Creatine gummies vs creatine powder
Both give you the same creatine monohydrate. The difference is cost and convenience:
- Gummies: no mixing, no taste of powder, easy to carry. Costs more per serve, about $2.17 a day.
- Powder: the cheapest way to take creatine. Booty N Buff Essential Creatine starts at about $1 a serve and drops to about 50 cents on the 1 kg tub. Needs a drink to mix into.
If you forget to take creatine, or don't like the gritty texture of powder, gummies are worth the extra cost. If you want the lowest price, pick powder.
Why do creatine gummies cost more?
A gummy needs more than creatine. Gelatine, flavours, sweeteners, a careful cooking process and packaging that keeps moisture out all add to the price. You pay for convenience, not for more creatine. At about $2.17 a day, Creatine Gummies cost about twice as much as the 30-serve tub of Essential Creatine powder, and about 4 times as much as the 1 kg tub.
How to take creatine gummies
Chew 3 gummies (1 serve) once a day, every day, including rest days. Creatine works by building up in your muscles over time, so taking creatine every day matters more than the time of day. Many people take the gummies after training or with a meal. There is no need for a loading phase. At 5 g a day, creatine builds up in your muscles in about 3 to 4 weeks. Drink plenty of water through the day. Don't take more than 3 gummies a day unless the label says so.
Who should take creatine gummies?
Creatine gummies work well for lifters, team sport players and anyone doing short, hard efforts. Creatine works for men and women. Gummies are a good fit if you travel, hate the taste or texture of powder, or keep forgetting your daily scoop. Creatine Gummies contain gelatine, so Creatine Gummies are not vegetarian or vegan. For a vegan option, pick creatine powder.
Is creatine safe?
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements in sport, and research finds creatine is safe for healthy adults at normal doses. Creatine can add 1 to 2 kg of water weight in your muscles in the first few weeks. That is water inside the muscle, not body fat. If you have kidney problems or take medicine, ask your doctor before taking creatine.
Side effects of creatine gummies
Creatine Gummies use maltitol and isomalt, which are sugar alcohols. Eating a lot of sugar alcohols can cause gas or a loose stomach, so stick to the daily serve. Like any lolly, gummies can stick to your teeth, so rinse with water afterwards. Keep the pack out of reach of children, because the gummies look like lollies.
How to store creatine gummies
Keep the pack sealed and store the pack in a cool, dry place, out of the sun and below 30°C. Heat and moisture can make gummies soft and sticky, so don't leave the pack in a hot car.
