One 30 g scoop of Crayv Premium Protein gives you 23 g of protein from organic pea and hemp, with 118 calories and 1 g of sugar. One 900 g bag has 30 scoops.

Yes. Crayv Premium Protein is made from organic pea and hemp protein, with no dairy, whey or other animal ingredients. Crayv is also gluten free and sweetened with stevia.

Together, pea and hemp give you all the essential amino acids, which is why Crayv calls the blend complete. Pea protein brings leucine and lysine for muscle repair, and hemp adds fibre and healthy fats.

Crayv Premium Protein includes three gut-friendly extras: the LactoSpore probiotic (450 million CFU per serve), DigeZyme digestive enzymes and inulin, a prebiotic fibre. That makes Crayv a good choice if whey leaves you bloated.

Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 200 to 250 ml of water in a shaker or blender. Crayv also tastes great with almond, rice or coconut milk, in smoothies, and stirred into oats or baking.

Crayv is made to taste smooth and creamy, without the chalky texture some plant proteins have. Hemp protein and coconut oil powder help with the texture. Crayv Premium Protein is covered by our Love the Taste Guarantee, so you can swap flavours if you don't love the one you picked.

Crayv Premium Protein is low in calories and sugar, with 118 calories and 1 g of sugar per scoop, and protein helps keep you full. Use Crayv as part of a calorie-controlled diet, for example as a snack or with breakfast.

Whey is a little higher in leucine per gram, but a well-made plant blend like pea and hemp gives you a complete protein that supports muscle recovery. If you can't have dairy or whey makes you bloated, a plant protein like Crayv is the better choice for you.
