The formula includes L-Glycine (5,000 mg) to support the nervous system and promote deeper sleep, GABA (1,500 mg) to calm the mind and reduce stress, and Sceletium Tortuosum (Kanna) Extract (500 mg) known for its mood-enhancing properties. Tart Cherry Extract (200 mg) provides a natural source of melatonin to regulate the sleep-wake cycle, while L-Theanine (200 mg) encourages relaxation without drowsiness. Lactium™ Casein Decapeptide (150 mg) helps manage stress levels, and L-Tryptophan (100 mg) serves as a precursor to serotonin and melatonin. How to use
