Prepare your pre-workout drink by mixing one serving of Fury, which equals two scoops, with 350ml to 500ml of water. Consume the drink 15-30 minutes before beginning your workout. If you plan to use Core Pump in combination with Fury, mix one scoop of Pump with one to two scoops of Fury in 350ml to 600ml of water
