PILLAR Performance Iron Advanced + C is a premium micronutrient formula designed to support healthy iron levels, energy production and oxygen transport for active individuals. Built for athletes and those with higher training demands, this supplement provides a highly bioavailable form of iron combined with vitamin C to help optimise absorption and support healthy red blood cell production.
The formula uses Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate chelate, a gentle and well-tolerated form of iron that is easier on the stomach than traditional iron supplements. By supporting healthy blood function and oxygen delivery to muscles, Iron Advanced + C helps reduce fatigue and maintain consistent energy levels, making it a valuable addition for individuals training regularly or managing low iron intake.
How to use
Take one tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For optimal absorption, iron is best taken on an empty stomach, one hour before food or two hours after a meal. Avoid consuming iron alongside caffeine sources such as coffee or tea, as these can inhibit absorption.
Some studies suggest alternate-day dosing may enhance iron absorption in iron-deficient females by allowing the body’s iron-regulating hormones to stabilise between doses. Consult your healthcare professional to determine the dosing strategy best suited to your individual needs.
