Amino Lean by Gen-Tec Nutrition is engineered to support lean-muscle maintenance, fat loss, and sustained hydration in one versatile formula. Each 10-gram serve delivers a robust 4:1:1 ratio of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) alongside functional amino allies—glutamine, glycine, arginine, and lysine—that work together to fuel performance and accelerate recovery during calorie-burning workouts. A full gram of L-Carnitine is included to help shuttle fatty acids into mitochondria for energy conversion, making this an ideal companion to both cardio sessions and strength training.
To ensure you stay optimally hydrated under heavy exertion, Amino Lean contains a targeted electrolyte blend of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, replenishing what’s lost through sweat and preventing cramping. Chromium picolinate is added to help balance blood sugar and curb cravings, supporting adherence to diet and training goals. With fewer than 50 calories per serve, 2 grams of carbohydrates, and under 1 gram of sugar, it’s a low-calorie option that won’t derail your macronutrient targets.
