Product details
On this page
Essential Glutamine is made with 100% micronised, pharmaceutical-grade L-Glutamine—ultra-refined and manufactured to the highest standards for purity and consistency. This premium-grade formula is designed for those who take their training and recovery seriously, offering a clean and reliable source of one of the body’s most abundant amino acids.
L-Glutamine is involved in a range of important processes in the body. It plays a central role in protein metabolism and is present in high concentrations in muscle tissue. It is also closely linked to gut function and immune system support, particularly during times of physical stress.
Whether you're training hard, recovering from intense sessions, or simply supporting your daily wellness, Essential Glutamine offers a high-quality option to complement your nutrition and performance goals. With Booty N Buff, you’re choosing a product that reflects our commitment to clean, effective, and uncompromising standards—created for those who demand more from their supplements.
How to use
As a dietary supplement, take one level scoop (5 grams) of L-Glutamine and mix it with 200ml-300ml of water or your preferred beverage. Stir or shake the mixture thoroughly until the powder has dissolved completely. Can be consumed post-workout, upon wakening or before bed.
