Amino Energy by Optimum Nutrition delivers a precise blend of energizing botanicals and muscle‐supporting amino acids in one convenient powder. Each scoop contains 100 mg of naturally sourced caffeine from green tea and coffee bean extracts, offering a smooth, sustained boost in alertness without the jitters or crash associated with high‐stimulant pre‐workouts. Alongside its gentle pick‐me‐up, Amino Energy provides five grams of essential amino acids—including branched‐chain amino acids—to help accelerate muscle repair, reduce exercise‐induced fatigue, and support endurance during demanding training sessions.
Designed for ultimate flexibility, Amino Energy can be enjoyed any time you need a lift: as a morning energizer, a pre‐workout supplement to heighten focus and stamina, or a midday refresher to banish dragging energy. With virtually zero sugar and only 5–10 calories per serving, it integrates seamlessly into low‐calorie or macro‐focused meal plans. Simply stir into water for a clear, lightly flavored drink that mixes instantly and tastes great. Whether you’re chasing peak performance in the gym, powering through a busy workday, or looking for a healthy alternative to traditional energy drinks, Amino Energy provides clean, reliable energy and recovery support in every scoop.
How to use
DIRECTIONS: Mix 9 grams (about two scoops) of ESSENTIAL AMIN.O. ENERGY in 10-12 fl oz of cold water.
