How to use
Gut Restore can be used as part of your daily wellness routine by mixing one (1) serve with 250–300mL of water each day.
For those looking to maximise their results, we recommend completing our 4-week Gut Restore Protocol, designed to support your gut through two simple phases: Remove + Reduce (Days 1–14) and Repair + Rebuild (Days 15–28).
↳ Day 1 – 14: Take 1 scoop (approx. 5.3 g) twice daily with 250-300ml water. One in the morning before breakfast, one in the evening before dinner.
↳ Day 15 – 30: Take 1 scoop (approx. 5.3 g) once daily with 250-300ml water in the morning before breakfast.
