Is Health Juice a juice or a greens powder?
Health Juice is a greens powder, not a fruit juice. You mix a 9 g scoop with water, so there is no sugary juice involved.
How to take Health Juice
Mix one scoop (9 g) with 300 ml of water, once a day. Many people have Health Juice first thing in the morning or between meals.
Ways to mix Health Juice
- Classic: 1 scoop in 300 ml of cold water, shaken well.
- Sparkling: stir into sparkling water.
- Smoothie: add a scoop to a fruit smoothie.
