EAAs vs BCAAs: what's the difference?
There are nine essential amino acids. Your body can't make them, so they have to come from food or supplements. BCAAs are three of those nine: leucine, isoleucine and valine. A BCAA-only drink gives you just those three, while Dragon Fuel gives you all nine, plus PeptoPro peptides and electrolytes in the same scoop.
How to take Dragon Fuel
