Acetyl L-Carnitine is an amino acid that is used to help the body utilise fat stores as an energy source. Acetyl L-Carnitine or ‘alcar” as its known is also used to help the body produce energy, important with muscle function, heart function and cognitive function.
Athletic Sport only uses pharmaceutical grade acetyl l-carnitine.
Mix 1 scoop (2g) in 200ml of water. Athletic Sport suggests to take 2-4g per day. and consume immediately. BEST taken 30 minutes before exercise or workout.
