Ultra Lean Muscle Meal, a versatile and delicious protein powder ideal either as a clean, ultra-lean gainer or as a meal on the go.
Ultra Lean Muscle Meal contains a three-way, multi-phase protein blend consisting of WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate), MPC (Milk Protein Concentrate) and WPI (Whey Protein Isolate). Muscle Meal also contains a sustained-release clean carbohydrate mix consisting of Rice and Sweet Potato Starch, Maltodextrin and Dextrose, ModCarb™ (Oat Bran, Amaranth, Quinoa, Buckwheat, Millet & Chia) and Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) as a great source of fuel.
Mix 1 scoop of muscle Meal powder in 200-300ml of cold water or milk in a shaker cup or blender. Shake or blend until well mixed and consume immediately.
For athletes with a fast metabolism, or hard gainers who struggle with weight gain, mix 2 scoops of Muscle Meal powder in 300-500ml of cold water or milk in a shaker cup or blender. Shake or blend until well mixed and consume immediately.
Do not exceed 1 serving (2 scoops/100g) per day.
