With a whopping 30g of protein, Body Science’s Clean Plant Protein is made from 10x high-quality protein sources, also containing prebiotics and digestive enzymes to assist with digestive health and general wellbeing. Clean Plant Protein Powder is naturally sweetened with Stevia and Thaumatin, whilst also being soy, gluten and dairy-free with no added sugar, no artificial colours, or flavours.
Add 45g (2 heaped scoops) into 250mL of cold water and mix well with a shaker or blender.
Pre-workout fuel:Â 2 scoops (45g) with water 60min before training.
Post-workout recovery:Â 2 scoops (45g) with water or milk (and milk alternatives) 15min after training.
