Dissolve 10g (two scoops) in 300mL of cold water, consume immediately. Use before training or exercise. Consume up to 3x 10g serves per day.
Pre-workout: Consume 10g (2 scoops) 15-30 minutes prior to exercise or training.
Intra-workout energy boost: Consume 10g (2 scoops) throughout your workout to improve energy and performance.
Serves per day: Consume up to 3x 10g serves per day.
