Vitargo is a sugar-free energy solution, promoting a rapid and sustained release of insulin that contributes to a muscle growth environment and optimal recovery period. Vitargo works to restore glycogen levels rapidly whilst fighting fatigue.
Vitargo is a scientifically approved formula shown to assist with the restoration of glycogen stores in an efficient manner.
When consuming Vitargo, people typically prefer to begin exercise between 20-60 minutes after ingestion, as it begins to empty from the stomach within 10 minutes. However, it can also be used during exercise without any time lapse. It is recommended to test what timing works best for you.
During workouts, training sessions, and competitive events lasting more than 60-90 minutes, it is advisable to refuel approximately every 45-60 minutes. Your carb intake per hour should be personalized using the carb calculator. It is essential to consume Vitargo before your energy runs low, allowing for 15-20 minutes for stomach emptying and digestion.
After training or events, it is recommended to use Vitargo alone or in combination with protein as soon as possible to initiate the refueling, recovery, repair, and growth processes. Follow this up with a nourishing meal. For individuals with high carb and protein requirements, a second serving of Vitargo or Vitargo plus protein may be useful later in the day.
