International Protein’s Carni-Shot is a stimulant-free fat burner designed to support energy production, fat metabolism, and overall performance. It features a comprehensive blend of L-Carnitine forms—Tartrate, Fumarate, Orotate, and N-Acetyl L-Carnitine—each targeting different areas of the body such as muscles, heart, and brain to facilitate the transport of fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production. 

To enhance the efficacy of its active ingredients, Carni-Shot includes BioPerine® (black pepper extract), which aids in nutrient absorption. The formula is further enriched with B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, biotin, folic acid) essential for energy metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, as well as magnesium and phosphorus to support muscle contraction, nerve function, and pH regulation.

Carni-Shot is suitable for individuals seeking a non-stimulant supplement to assist with fat metabolism and energy support. It can be taken before or during workouts, or at any time of the day, offering versatility for various training schedules.

Take 1.5g (⅓ SCOOP) mixed with 200ml of water 15-20 minutes before training or intense exercise. Also suitable for use during training or added to your post recovery drink
