With naturally derived electrolytes—sodium and potassium—plus vitamin A and vitamin C, this formula helps replenish essential micronutrients lost through daily stress and exercise, all without artificial flavours, sweeteners, dyes or added sugars. Mix one (1) scoop with 200-300ml of cold water at any time of the day.
