BEFORE TRAINING: Consume 1 or 2 serves, 20 minutes prior to training, in 350/700ml of ice cold water.

AFTER TRAINING: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350/750ml of ice cold water immediately after training.

NON TRAINING DAYS: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350/700ml of ice cold water between meal(s).

Maximum of 2 servings per day. Store in a cool, dry place below 30ºC. Do no expose to excessive heat or moisture.
